Job Description:

The employee will be responsible for creating a local distribution network for distributing home loans by establishing relationships with 'contact points' and direct marketing activities such as site visits and pamphlet distribution. The role includes handling customer relationships, managing loan servicing, and achieving home loan disbursement goals while marketing affordable housing loans.

Job Responsibility:

Achieve home loan disbursement goals by executing a business plan
Present and promote home loans to prospective clients
Ensure proper customer profiling and recommend appropriate loan products
Build and maintain relationships with customers
Perform field-based activities and marketing for lead generation
Oversee the complete lifecycle of home loan applications and servicing

Requirements:

Experience of at least 3 years in a relevant field
Ability to execute business plans, prospecting, networking, and field-based marketing
Strong customer relationship management skills
Knowledge of promoting and presenting financial products
Field activity experience including site visits and lead generation
Responsibility for loan customer lifecycle management
