Job Description:

Responsible for creating and managing a local distribution network for home loan products, fostering relationships with contact points, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the loan.

Job Responsibility:

achieve home loan disbursement goals
execute marketing plans including prospecting, networking, and field-based activities
promote home loan products through social media and physical channels
profile and understand customer needs to recommend loan products
foster relationships with contact points such as cement dealers, engineers, and planners
manage the customer lifecycle from application to closure

Requirements:

3 years of experience in sales and business development
ability to execute a business plan
strong customer relationship management skills
ability to promote products digitally and physically
experience in customer lifecycle management

Nice to have:

experience in the affordable home loan industry
exposure to direct marketing activities
knowledge of local markets and distribution networks
