Job Responsibility

  • Oversee three key business lines: Travel Nursing, Permanent Recruitment, and Shift Filling
  • Lead & Coach: Manage 3 direct reports locally, with dotted-line management of our offshore support teams
  • Drive Growth: Lead by example with your own billing desk while strategic sales planning for the state
  • Innovate: Utilise world-class recruitment tech and digital tools to dominate the Aged Care market

Requirements

  • Proven Healthcare Experience: Essential background in Aged Care, Disability, or broader Health recruitment
  • Leadership DNA: You are either an experienced Manager or a Senior Team Leader ready to step into a Branch Manager title
  • Sales Hunger: You still love the win of a placement and thrive in a hands-on, high-activity billing environment
