The Branch Personal Executive is an entry level position responsible for the assistance in the execution of sales, products or service activities in coordination with the customer service team. The overall objective of this role is to foster relations with customers to build loyalty and to help increase sales to individual consumer clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Attract and retain new customers and sell financial products
  • Promote and sell financial products such as account, credit cards, insurance, personal loans, investments, among other products
  • achieve monthly sales goals
  • Complete branch sales and/or visit clients and previously prospected customers for sales
  • Complete customer retention
  • Select the best course of action from a broad array of defined options, understanding the consequences of each
  • Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
