This position is responsible for performance analysis and insights supporting Branch Performance metrics for the U.S. Branch Network. The role will support leadership in the identification of actionable insights to inform the overall Branch Performance strategy and prioritize initiatives. In addition, this role will work closely with business leaders and process owners to identify root causes and develop action plans to address thematic opportunities.
Job Responsibility
Responsible for the creation and distribution of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for senior leadership to help gauge performance on branch productivity and goal attainment
Create and develop analyses to help the business recognize challenges, identify opportunities, and build solutions to improve overall branch and banker performance
Lead weekly, monthly, and ad hoc analyses with best-in-class tools to deliver timely, precise, and actionable insights across a variety of forums and publications
Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan, support, and deliver analytical deep dives on relevant topics related to branch performance
Support performance management and goal-setting projects across the branch network, including deep dive analysis projects and the maintenance of performance frameworks, metrics, and scorecards
Maintain a high degree of compliance excellence by managing all documentation for branch performance programs and ensuring timely updates and accuracy
Act as a powerful storyteller, able to create compelling performance narratives, both written and visual, to translate complex data and analyses into actionable insights for senior management and other key business stakeholders
Support the design and governance of performance metrics and scorecards, ensuring alignment with business strategy and consistent evaluation practices
Requirements
6-10 years of relevant professional experience in Analytics, Financial Services, Consulting, or a related discipline
Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset and strong attention to detail
able to analyze performance metrics both quantitatively and qualitatively
Strong problem-solver with the ability to review existing processes, identify breakdowns, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
Proven ability to partner and collaborate effectively across different levels and functions within a complex, matrixed organization
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple shifting priorities in a fast-changing, high-priority environment
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies and insights
Thorough understanding of performance management principles and measurement methodologies related to sales productivity, financial outcomes, and operational efficiency
Advanced analytical and quantitative capabilities with experience leveraging large datasets to drive decision-making
High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS PowerPoint and Excel
Knowledge of data querying and visualization tools is preferred (e.g., SQL, Tableau)
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience required
