Job Responsibility

Lead and supervise risk and the operations of teller functions to deliver exceptional customer service and colleague experience, and ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance in teller functions
Provide feedback and present ideas for improving customer service and colleague experience, and related performance management process and tools
Perform operational and customer support tasks
Provide excellent customer service, engage customers in conversations, and build relationships with them
Manage the schedule and the daily operations of the teller line
Make decisions and resolve issues related to daily operations of the teller line, under direction of regional banking management
Leverage interpretation of applicable regulations, policy and procedure requirements, and audit and escalation procedures
Support customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints
Collaborate and consult with branch employees, colleagues, and mid-level managers
Interact directly with customers

Personally complete crew runs as necessary in order to assist the branch in the delivery of its monthly performance targets
Ensure day to day scheduling/crew runs are completed by all crewmen and targets met
Actively promote, coach and mentor team members on best practice including regularly attending and observing lawn treatments
Liaise with Head Office, GTA and HR on the recruitment, interviewing and training of Lawn Operatives
Ensure scheduled crew runs are appropriate and are effectively communicated to the Lawn Operatives
Support and line manage Lawn Operative’s achievement of daily and weekly treatment values and regularly liaise with the Scheduling team

Bachelor's degree and three years’ experience in the financial services industry, preferably including related operational management and supervisory experience

Job Responsibility

Performs back-up for all operational functions as required by workloads and absences

Completes self-audit of branch procedures
Assists Branch Manager with confidential matters and compliance visits and replies
Assists Branch Manager with controlling expenses and operating at peak efficiencies
