Job Description

The Manager, Branch Network is accountable for all service related and operational objectives for the branch. Ensures execution of the Branch Network strategic vision and objectives through demonstrated leadership in the areas of talent excellence, service, and cost to serve.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee a team of 9+ employees with authority to hire and performance manage the team
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and development to team members
  • Understand the competitive landscape and develop strategies to gain market share
  • Oversee operational performance and support all sales growth strategies
  • Balance operating expenses with higher level of service
  • Promote district/region related programs and create an environment that promotes teamwork.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 1+ years management experience required
  • Project management, planning, and facilitation skills.
