Branch Manager

We’re now looking for a Branch Manager to lead our branch in Dawlish, someone who can bring energy, commercial insight and leadership to team and continue to build on its success. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind your branch, leading your team, shaping performance and building strong relationships with customers. You’ll create a safe, positive environment where your team can thrive and where customers receive outstanding service every time. This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance leadership, operational management and commercial focus to deliver results through the following: Leading your team, Driving sales and growth, Running the operation, Managing performance, Championing safety and service.
