Job Description:

Senior Branch Network Management Trainee position with Wells Fargo's Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This is an interim non-exempt position requiring completion of Branch Manager Readiness program. Responsible for leading, managing and developing teams, creating engagement culture, driving business growth while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibility:

Lead, manage and develop a diverse team of direct and indirect reports
Create culture that fosters engagement and accountability
Lead customer engagement process and coaching
Drive growth in business while ensuring operational excellence
Execute policies and procedures in alignment with regulations
Manage allocation of people and financial resources
Resolve customer and employee experience issues
Identify opportunities for digital banking adoption
Engage stakeholders and build partnerships
Mentor and guide talent development

Requirements:

4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
2+ years of leadership experience
Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
Ability to build and inspire a team
Ability to analyze performance and execute business plans
Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills
Experience with affluent, high net worth, and small business customer segments
Experience building relationships with customers and community
Extensive experience identifying complex financial needs
Ability to lead a team to connect customers to digital banking
Knowledge of banking industry laws and regulations
Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
Relevant military experience

Nice to have:

Experience and knowledge in coaching across customer segments including affluent, high net worth, and small business
Relevant military experience including working with military protocol and instructions
