Job Description:

Senior Branch Network Management Trainee position with Wells Fargo in the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This is an interim non-exempt position until certification completion and placement into a branch. Successful completion leads to transition into Associate Branch Manager or Branch Manager role.

Job Responsibility:

Lead, manage and develop a diverse team of direct and indirect reports
Create a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment
Lead customer engagement process and coach specific behaviors
Drive growth in the business while ensuring operational excellence
Execute policies and procedures in alignment with applicable regulations
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for the branch
Resolve customer and employee experience issues
Identify opportunities for making banking easier through digital options
Engage stakeholders and build strong partnerships
Mentor and guide talent development
Assist in hiring talent

Requirements:

4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
2+ years of leadership experience
Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
Ability to build and inspire a team
Ability to analyze performance and execute business plans
Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills
Experience with affluent, high net worth, and small business customer segments
Experience building and maintaining effective relationships
Extensive experience in identifying complex financial needs
Ability to lead a team to influence and educate customers
Knowledge of banking industry laws and regulations
Relevant military experience
SAFE registration
Ability to work most Saturdays
Ability to travel up to 50% during first 6 months
