Branch Manager

• Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales and operational goals
• Develop and execute branch strategies aligned with regional and state objectives
• Manage financial performance, including P&L, cost control, and inventory
• Ensure excellent customer service and swift resolution of customer inquiries
• Champion workplace safety, compliance, and team wellbeing
• Coordinate staff training, recruitment, payroll, and HR activities in partnership with relevant departments
• Maintain accurate reporting and communication with senior management

• Proven track record in sales, branch management, or similar roles
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Exceptional people management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Current and valid Australian driver’s license
• Computer literate at an intermediate level

Experience or knowledge with Industrial/ bearing or power transmission products is advantageous
