Job Description:

Senior Branch Network Management Trainee position with Wells Fargo as part of Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This is an interim non-exempt position requiring successful completion of Branch Manager Readiness program for transition into manager role based on branch vacancy.

Job Responsibility:

Lead, manage and develop a diverse team of direct and indirect reports
Execute customer engagement process and coach behaviors that enhance customer experience
Drive growth in the business while ensuring operational excellence
Execute policies and procedures in alignment with applicable regulations
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for the branch
Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding customer and employee experience

Requirements:

4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
2+ years of leadership experience
SAFE registration at time of employment
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
Ability to travel in assigned geography up to 50% of the time during first 6 months
No Visa sponsorship eligibility

Nice to have:

Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
Experience coaching across customer segments including affluent, high net worth, and small business
Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers, internal partners and within the community
Knowledge and understanding of banking industry laws and regulations, compliance controls, risk management and loss prevention
Relevant military experience
