Job Description:

Senior Branch Network Management Trainee position with Wells Fargo in the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This is an interim non-exempt position that requires completion of the Branch Manager Readiness program to transition into a manager role based on branch vacancy.

Job Responsibility:

Lead, manage and develop a diverse team
Create a culture that fosters engagement and accountability
Lead customer engagement process and coach behaviors
Drive growth in the business
Drive accountability for operational excellence
Execute policies and procedures in alignment with regulations
Manage allocation of people and financial resources
Resolve customer and employee experience issues
Identify opportunities for making banking easier
Engage stakeholders and build partnerships
Mentor and guide talent development
Assist in hiring talent

Requirements:

4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
2+ years of leadership experience
Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
Ability to build and inspire a team
Ability to analyze performance and execute business plans
Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills
Experience and knowledge in coaching across customer segments
Experience building and maintaining effective relationships
Extensive experience in identifying complex financial needs
Ability to lead a team to influence and educate customers
Knowledge and understanding of banking industry laws and regulations
Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
Relevant military experience

Nice to have:

Experience with affluent, high net worth, and small business customers
Military experience including working with military protocol and instructions
