Job Description:

Senior Branch Network Management Trainee position with Wells Fargo, responsible for leading, managing and developing a diverse team, creating a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment to business outcomes. This involves executing policies and procedures in alignment with regulations, managing resources, and driving accountability for operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Lead, manage and develop a diverse team of direct and indirect reports
Execute policies and procedures in alignment with applicable regulations
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for the branch
Coach bankers to engage customers to understand their needs
Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding customer and employee experience
Identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of digital options

Requirements:

4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of leadership experience
SAFE registration at the time of employment
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
Ability to travel in assigned geography up to 50% of the time during the first 6 months

Nice to have:

Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
Experience and knowledge in coaching across customer segments, including affluent, high net worth, and small business
Knowledge and understanding of banking industry laws and regulations, compliance controls, risk management and loss prevention
Relevant military experience including working with military protocol and instructions, enlisted evaluations, officer/leadership reporting
