Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term business plans to support sales growth, customer satisfaction, cost control, asset management, and overall profitability
Champion a strong customer-focused culture across both B2B (industrial clients) and B2C (consumer customers)
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
foster employee engagement and retention
Support daily operational activities with a hands-on, collaborative "one team" approach
Communicate regularly with senior leadership on business performance, opportunities, and market insights
Uphold and model ethical, professional behaviour in alignment with company values
Coordinate and participate in regular and annual physical inventory counts

Requirements:
Post-secondary education (college or university degree preferred)
Minimum 2 years of relevant leadership and/or sales experience with a strong track record of profitable growth
Proven ability in team leadership, negotiation, and business management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
Results-driven with a positive, professional attitude
Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and coach team members
Entrepreneurial mindset with sound judgment and willingness to learn
Knowledge of inventory control and purchasing processes
Nice to have:
