Branch Manager

• Develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term business plans to support sales growth, customer satisfaction, cost control, asset management, and overall profitability
• Champion a strong customer-focused culture across both B2B (industrial clients) and B2C (consumer customers)
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• foster employee engagement and retention
• Support daily operational activities with a hands-on, collaborative "one team" approach
• Communicate regularly with senior leadership on business performance, opportunities, and market insights
• Uphold and model ethical, professional behaviour in alignment with company values
• Coordinate and participate in regular and annual physical inventory counts
• Ensure branch operations align with corporate standards and procedures

• Post-secondary education (college or university degree preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant leadership and/or sales experience with a strong track record of profitable growth
• Proven ability in team leadership, negotiation, and business management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
• Results-driven with a positive, professional attitude
• Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and coach team members
• Entrepreneurial mindset with sound judgment and willingness to learn
• Knowledge of inventory control and purchasing processes

Experience in industrial product sales or service is a strong asset
