A well established, award winning independent travel business in the South West is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead one of its successful retail locations. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, motivate, and support your team to achieve and exceed sales and service targets
  • Develop and deliver a local business development plan to grow the customer base and increase repeat business
  • Build strong, lasting customer relationships through expert travel consultation and personalised service
  • Oversee the planning and booking of tailor-made holidays, cruises, and bespoke itineraries
  • Monitor branch performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and celebrating team successes
  • Ensure the team maintains up to date product knowledge, destination expertise, and awareness of industry trends
  • Manage staff rotas and ensure smooth day to day branch operations
  • Represent the brand within the local community as a visible and trusted travel specialist

Requirements:

  • Background in travel sales with experience of leading, coaching, or managing a team
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence in driving business growth
  • A consultative sales approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident decision maker with the ability to take ownership of branch performance
