Job Description:

The Branch Manager will oversee branch disbursement targets for housing and mortgage loans, drive portfolio growth, manage delinquent accounts, monitor Sales Officers, and track marketing activity progress while ensuring portfolio quality management and customer retention.

Job Responsibility:

Achieve branch disbursement targets for Housing & Mortgage Loans and insurance premiums
Meet the branch's Weighted Average Yield target
Drive portfolio growth for the branch while retaining existing customers
Monitor and guide Sales Officers across locations to ensure a consistent business flow
Regularly empanel direct sourcing agents to secure steady business from primary sourcing channels
Plan and execute monthly marketing activities for each location, tracking progress daily
Ensure that all Sales Officers meet monthly productivity standards
Oversee portfolio quality management and ensure timely closure of outstanding post-disbursal documentation
Manage delinquent accounts, taking necessary actions to regularize loans as required.
