Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Manager (SAFE) for National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. Branch Managers are responsible for leading, managing and developing a diverse team, creating a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment and accountability to business outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

Lead, manage and develop a diverse team of direct and indirect reports
Execute policies and procedures in alignment with applicable regulations
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for the branch
Coach bankers to engage customers to understand their needs
Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding customer and employee experience
Identify opportunities for making banking easier through digital education
Lead the branch while engaging stakeholders and internal partners
Mentor and guide talent development
Hiring talent

Requirements:

4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
2+ years of leadership experience
Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
Ability to build and inspire a team
Ability to analyze performance and execute business plans
Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills
Experience with affluent, high net worth, and small business customer segments
Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and community
Extensive experience in identifying complex financial needs
Ability to lead a team to connect customers to digital banking
Knowledge of banking industry laws and regulations
Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
Relevant military experience
SAFE registration compliance
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays

Nice to have:

Experience and knowledge in coaching across customer segments including affluent, high net worth, and small business
Relevant military experience including working with military protocol and instructions
