Job Description:

Senior Branch Network Management Trainee position leading a team to execute business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibility:

Lead, manage and develop a diverse team of direct and indirect reports
Execute customer engagement process and coaching behaviors
Drive accountability for operational excellence
Execute policies and procedures in alignment with regulations
Manage allocation of people and financial resources
Resolve customer and employee experience issues
Identify opportunities for digital banking adoption
Engage stakeholders and build partnerships
Mentor and guide talent development

Requirements:

4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
2+ years of leadership experience
SAFE registration at the time of employment
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
Ability to travel in assigned geography up to 50% of the time during the first 6 months

Nice to have:

Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
Ability to build and inspire a team
Ability to analyze performance and execute business plans
Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills
Experience coaching across customer segments including affluent, high net worth, and small business
Experience building effective relationships with customers and community
Extensive experience in identifying complex financial needs
Ability to lead digital banking adoption
Knowledge of banking industry laws and regulations
Relevant military experience
