Job Description:

Senior Branch Network Management Trainee position with Wells Fargo in the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This is an interim non-exempt position requiring completion of Branch Manager Readiness program. Responsible for leading teams, driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and compliance with banking regulations.

Job Responsibility:

Lead, manage and develop a diverse team of direct and indirect reports
Execute customer engagement process and coach to specific behaviors
Drive accountability for operational excellence
Execute policies and procedures in alignment with regulations
Manage allocation of people and financial resources
Resolve customer and employee experience issues
Identify opportunities for digital banking adoption
Engage stakeholders and build partnerships
Mentor and guide talent development
Assist in hiring talent

Requirements:

4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
2+ years of leadership experience
Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
Ability to build and inspire a team
Ability to analyze performance and execute business plans
Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills
Experience with affluent, high net worth, and small business customers
Experience building relationships with customers and community
Extensive experience identifying complex financial needs
Ability to lead a team to connect customers to digital banking
Knowledge of banking industry laws and regulations
Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
Relevant military experience
SAFE registration
Ability to work most Saturdays
Ability to travel up to 50% of time during first 6 months
