Job Description:

Senior Branch Network Management Trainee position with Wells Fargo in the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This is an interim non-exempt position that requires completion of the Branch Manager Readiness program. Successful candidates will lead teams, drive business growth, ensure operational excellence, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibility:

Lead, manage and develop a diverse team of direct and indirect reports
Execute customer engagement process and coaching behaviors that enhance customer experience
Drive growth in the business while ensuring operational excellence
Execute policies and procedures in alignment with applicable regulations
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for the branch
Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding customer and employee experience
Identify opportunities for making banking easier through digital options
Engage stakeholders and internal partners to deliver customer-centric experience
Mentor and guide talent development and assist in hiring

Requirements:

4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
2+ years of leadership experience
Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
Ability to build and inspire a team
Ability to analyze performance and execute business plans
Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills
Experience with affluent, high net worth, and small business customers
Experience building and maintaining effective relationships
Extensive experience in identifying complex financial needs
Ability to lead a team to connect customers to technology
Knowledge of banking industry laws and regulations
Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
Relevant military experience

Nice to have:

Experience and knowledge in coaching across customer segments including affluent, high net worth, and small business
Relevant military experience including working with military protocol and instructions
