Position: Branch Manager – Retail – Gujarat Role Type: Team Handling (New Position) We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in core retail sales, capable of managing channel partners and driving business through the retail network.
Job Responsibility
Drive retail sales growth across the Gujarat region
Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners
Lead and manage a team of 6–8 members, ensuring target achievement
Oversee day-to-day retail operations and market coverage
Handle team management, including hiring, training, performance management, and employee lifecycle
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
Ensure effective execution of sales strategies and business plans
Requirements
Strong background in retail sales (electrical)
Proven experience in team handling and people management
Good understanding of distribution network and channel sales
Ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma preferred
