Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager / Business Development Officer to lead and grow our branch operations in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This role combines strategic sales efforts, client relationship management, and operational leadership to drive business growth and team performance. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for building strong client partnerships and leading teams to success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive business growth by identifying and prospecting new client opportunities
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and expand service offerings
  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to company standards
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a small internal team to achieve performance goals
  • Establish clear expectations, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and foster accountability across the team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while maintaining operational excellence
  • Coordinate recruiting efforts in collaboration with a dedicated recruitment team, stepping in to support high-volume demands as needed
  • Develop and implement workforce solutions tailored to client needs across diverse industries
  • Engage in external client development activities, including sales calls and on-site visits
  • Analyze market trends and client data to identify growth opportunities and optimize branch performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Background in staffing, recruitment, or high-volume environments is preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams and overseeing operations
  • Ability to balance sales initiatives with operational and team management responsibilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship building
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with industries such as construction, hospitality, landscaping, and industrial sectors is advantageous
