Job Description:

Senior Branch Network Management Trainee position with Wells Fargo's Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This is an interim non-exempt position requiring completion of Branch Manager Readiness program for transition into manager role based on branch vacancy.

Job Responsibility:

Lead, manage and develop a diverse team of direct and indirect reports
Execute customer engagement process and coaching
Drive accountability for operational excellence
Execute policies and procedures in alignment with regulations
Manage allocation of people and financial resources
Resolve customer and employee experience issues
Identify opportunities for digital banking adoption
Engage stakeholders and build partnerships
Mentor and guide talent development

Requirements:

4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
2+ years of leadership experience
SAFE registration required
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
Ability to travel in assigned geography up to 50% of the time during the first 6 months
Not eligible for Visa sponsorship
