Job Description:

Senior Branch Network Management Trainee for National Branch Network as part of Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This is an interim non-exempt position requiring successful completion of Branch Manager Readiness program as prerequisite to transition into manager role based on branch vacancy.

Assist in hiring talent

Requirements:

4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
2+ years of leadership experience
Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
Ability to build and inspire a team
Ability to analyze performance and execute business plans
Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills
Experience with affluent, high net worth, and small business customer segments
Experience building and maintaining effective relationships
Extensive experience in identifying complex financial needs
Ability to lead a team to connect customers to technology
Knowledge of banking industry laws and regulations
Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
Relevant military experience

Nice to have:

Relevant military experience including working with military protocol and instructions
