Job Description:

Senior Branch Network Management Trainee position with Wells Fargo in the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This is an interim non-exempt position requiring completion of Branch Manager Readiness program. Responsible for leading, managing and developing teams to drive business growth while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute policies and procedures in alignment with regulations
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources

  • Engage stakeholders and build strong partnerships
  • Mentor and guide talent development
  • Assist in hiring talent

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
  • Ability to build and inspire a team
  • Ability to analyze performance and execute business plans
  • Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with affluent, high net worth, and small business customer segments
  • Experience building and maintaining effective relationships
  • Extensive experience in identifying complex financial needs
  • Ability to lead a team to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology
  • Knowledge of banking industry laws and regulations, compliance controls, risk management
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
  • Relevant military experience
  • SAFE registration compliance
  • Ability to work most Saturdays
  • Ability to travel up to 50% during first 6 months

Nice to have:

Relevant military experience including working with military protocol and instructions, enlisted evaluations, officer/leadership reporting, or military experience working in personnel benefits management
