Branch Manager

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance
• Manage warehouse layout, inventory storage, and stock levels to meet company goals
• Coordinate and negotiate shipments with transporters
• Collaborate with the regional sales team to maintain customer satisfaction
• Supervise shift planning, staff allocations, and training programs
• Maintain accurate inventory records, reports, and compliance documentation
• Set performance targets and uphold quality and safety standards
• Lead hiring, professional development, and team training initiatives
• Ensure adherence to company ethics, leadership values, and Occupational Safety and Health requirements
• Assess operational effectiveness, address concerns, and implement improvements
• Facilitate communication with branch and senior managers to share best practices and business insights
• Handle additional responsibilities as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, managerial, and organizational skills with proven team-building abilities
• Expertise in safety and legal procedures for handling and receiving goods
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Excellent time management and crisis resolution skills
• Fluent in English
• Willing to travel abroad occasionally
