Job Description:

Senior Branch Network Management Trainee position with Wells Fargo in the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This is an interim non-exempt position that requires completion of the Branch Manager Readiness program. Successful candidates will lead, manage and develop teams while driving business growth and ensuring operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Lead, manage and develop a diverse team of direct and indirect reports
Create a culture that fosters engagement and accountability
Lead customer engagement process and coach behaviors for enhanced customer experience
Drive growth in the business while ensuring operational excellence
Execute policies and procedures in alignment with regulations
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for the branch
Resolve customer and employee experience issues
Identify opportunities for digital banking adoption
Engage stakeholders and build strong partnerships
Mentor and guide talent development
Assist in hiring talent

Requirements:

4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
2+ years of leadership experience
Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
Ability to build and inspire a team
Ability to analyze performance and execute business plans
Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills
Experience with affluent, high net worth, and small business customer segments
Experience building and maintaining effective relationships
Extensive experience in identifying complex financial needs
Ability to lead a team to connect customers to technology
Knowledge of banking industry laws and regulations
Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
Relevant military experience
