Job Description:

This interim non-exempt role involves completing the Branch Manager Readiness program to transition to a management role. As a Branch Manager, responsibilities include fostering engagement, driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and managing team and financial resources.

Job Responsibility:

Coach, develop and build a high-performing team to drive business growth
Resolve issues regarding customer and employee experience
Identify opportunities to simplify banking and support customer convenience
Lead the branch while collaborating with stakeholders and partners
Mentor and guide talent development and hiring

Requirements:

4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
2+ years of leadership experience

Nice to have:

Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
Ability to build and inspire a team
Ability to analyze performance
Exercise independent judgment and critical thinking skills
Experience coaching across customer segments
Experience building relationships with customers and partners
Extensive experience identifying complex financial needs
Knowledge of banking industry laws and regulations
Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and employees
Relevant military experience
