Our client are an award-winning fast-fit automotive retailerand are looking for a Branch Manager to join their team in High Wycombe. They have branches based in the Home Counties with 24 centres spread across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxford and Greater London. The Branch Manager will be responsible for all operations and staff management at our Hazlemere automotive tyre centre.
Job Responsibility:
ensuring branch budget is achieved
line management of reporting staff
dealing with customer enquires in person, over the phone and online
ensuring branch targets are communicated and achieved
monitoring and managing stock levels
hands-on workshop role if and when required
interview, induct and engage all new staff
Requirements:
a proven track-record in a fast-fit tyre centre environment
specialist knowledge of tyres and routine mechanical work
the ability to work closely with the branch team and lead by example
strong people management skills
clear and effective communication skills
the energy to thrive and motivate in a target-driven environment
maintain high standards of customer service across the branch
ensuring compliance with Company polices and procedures
Must have a full uk driving license
