Job Description:

Senior Branch Network Management Trainee (SAFE) for National Branch Network as part of Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. Interim non-exempt position until completion of Branch Manager Readiness program and placement into a branch. Successful completion required to transition into Associate Branch Manager or Branch Manager role.

Job Responsibility:

Lead, manage and develop a diverse team of direct and indirect reports
Execute policies and procedures in alignment with applicable regulations
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for the branch
Coach bankers to engage customers to understand their needs
Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding customer and employee experience
Identify opportunities for making banking easier through digital options
Lead the branch while engaging stakeholders and internal partners
Mentor and guide talent development
Assist in hiring talent

Requirements:

4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
2+ years of leadership experience
SAFE registration compliance
Ability to work most Saturdays
Ability to travel in assigned geography up to 50% of the time during first 6 months
No Visa sponsorship eligibility

Nice to have:

Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
Experience coaching across customer segments including affluent, high net worth, and small business
Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers, internal partners and within the community
Knowledge and understanding of banking industry laws and regulations, compliance controls, risk management and loss prevention
Relevant military experience
