Job Description:

Doree Bonner International, a leader in the UK’s removals and storage industry, is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Branch Manager/Sales to join our Nottingham office. With over 90 years of experience, we are recognised among the top 10 removals companies in the UK, specialising in international and household removals, storage, and office relocations. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead and drive the success of our Nottingham branch.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive sales and business development initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Manage daily operations of the branch ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve business and performance goals
  • Oversee the administration, logistics, and budget management of the branch
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the local community to promote the branch’s services

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the removals industry, ideally as an Assistant Manager, Sales Executive, or Department Head, with a strong desire to step into a management role
  • Highly motivated and sales-driven with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a team
  • Excellent communication skills with the aptitude to engage at all levels
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in driving business growth and operational excellence
