Job Description

Field-based leadership role overseeing a home respiratory care branch serving ~6,000 patients. Combines hands-on clinical care (Respiratory Therapist or RN) with branch management, including staff leadership, scheduling, patient care oversight, operations, compliance, and on-call support.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage respiratory therapists, technicians, and support staff
  • Oversee patient care plans, triage issues, and continuity of care
  • Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, inventory, and branch operations
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and quality standards
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule

Requirements

  • RT license (or RN with respiratory/vent experience)
  • 5+ years clinical respiratory experience
  • CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to obtain additional state licenses

Nice to have

  • Prior leadership/management experience
  • homecare/DME experience
