Job Responsibility:
Manage the hire department
Be hands on with sales and customer orders
Oversee stock management and operations
Proactively develop a sale action plan to achieve and exceed the agreed AOP
Undertake a full range of managerial duties to ensure effective utilisation of all resources
Oversee that plant and all tools are properly maintained and kept in perfect working order within health and safety requirements and with correct documentation
Requirements:
Ability to work well with the branch team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Sales experience (ideal)
Good working understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment gained within the Hire industry or similar environment
Willingness to undertake a 12-month training programme
