Job Description:

Are you friendly, hardworking, and customer-focused? We’re looking for a Total Plumbing Branch Floater to join our busy team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in delivering excellent service to our customers while keeping the branch running smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide first-class service to every customer, in person and over the phone
  • Accurately pick and prepare orders for deliveries, collections, and stock transfers
  • Loading vehicles on the yard and ensure goods are stored safely
  • Maintain stock levels, replenish shelves, and keep displays well-presented
  • Support with sales by processing transactions, raising paperwork, and forwarding leads
  • Handle supplier deliveries, checking quality and quantity of goods
  • Keep the branch, yard, and warehouse safe, clean, and well-organised
  • Operate forklifts safely (training provided if required)

Requirements:

  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude with attention to detail
  • Reliability and flexibility to support across different tasks
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in retail, trade, or warehouse roles is a plus (but not essential)
  • Forklift licence desirable — training is available

  • Applies crop production inputs to fields and growing crops according to recommended rates, procedures, and following all pesticide labels
  • Records application data according to regulations and standards
  • Sets up material handling, blending, storage, transport and application equipment for blending and delivery of products
  • Blends products according to recommended rates and procedures
  • Demonstrates knowledge of and the ability to safely operate sprayers, floaters, single or tandem axle trucks and other equipment to meet company and DOT standards
