Job Description:

Lawes is currently seeking a dynamic and strategic Branch Director to lead a growing and ambitious team in Manchester. You will manage the branch with full accountability for financial performance, client growth and regulatory compliance. The role will focus on driving profitability through retention, new business and cross-selling opportunities, while ensuring robust risk management and adherence to FCA standards.

Job Responsibility:
