Job Responsibility

  • Deliver administrative and clerical tasks across the business
  • Handle telephone enquiries in a professional manner in line with the business standards
  • Professional email writing
  • Managing administrative processes
  • Managing multiple and changing priorities at once
  • Preparing and editing letters, reports, and emails
  • Diary Management
  • Meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA's) appropriate to your role

Requirements

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact seamlessly with clients, teammates, and stakeholders
  • You will be dedicated to delivering a first-class customer experience
  • Proficient in word, excel, powerpoint
  • Excel at juggling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting
