Job Responsibility:
Deliver administrative and clerical tasks across the business
Handle telephone enquiries in a professional manner in line with the business standards
Professional email writing
Managing administrative processes
Managing multiple and changing priorities at once
Preparing and editing letters, reports, and emails
Diary Management
Meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA's) appropriate to your role
Requirements:
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact seamlessly with clients, teammates, and stakeholders
You will be dedicated to delivering a first-class customer experience
Proficient in word, excel, powerpoint
Excel at juggling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting
