Job Responsibility

Traveling to branches and back-office locations to inspect the cleaning, maintenance and landscaping

Collaborate with other teams and business lines
Coordinate with Facility Managers, cleaners and vendors to resolve deficiencies identified during inspections
Create, respond to, and close out work orders upon completion using the Computerized Maintenance Management System via iPad, iPhone or Laptop
Maintain records and other documents using excel and other MS Office applications
