Job Description:

Executive leadership role responsible for consumer, small & business banking in South Carolina and greater Georgia region, leading approximately $19.6B in deposits, $11B in investment balances, 121 branches and over 1,000 employees.

Job Responsibility:

  • Champion customer excellence and deliver outstanding service
  • Drive strategic growth and lead profit/revenue planning
  • Own the region's P&L and financial performance
  • Represent Wells Fargo in the community
  • Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory standards
  • Manage consumer, small business, and affluent businesses
  • Execute business strategies for customer experience and growth
  • Develop partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Promote inclusive culture and motivate teams
  • Develop and execute talent strategies
  • Implement risk and security controls
  • Represent Wells Fargo in federal, state, and community leadership
  • Partner with business lines on market activation plans

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
  • 4+ years management experience
  • Proven experience in driving and managing new build/expansion markets
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Results-oriented mindset with track record of achieving growth expectations
  • Experience managing geographically disbursed business units
  • Strong knowledge of retail or business products and strategies
  • Experience effectively leading senior level managers
  • Strong strategic perspective with proven success delivering high performing service
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working effectively in a team environment
  • Strong change leadership skills
