We count on our Branch Assistants to make deliveries in our branch vehicles, as well as building great relationships with our customers and suppliers, all while helping the branch grow its sales and profit. When you’re working in one of our branches, you’re part of a team that’s all about pitching in, giving brilliant customer service and getting the job done together.

Job Responsibility

Making deliveries to customers in the van, providing excellent customer service
Building connections with customers in person, over the phone, and in the branch or yard, providing expert advice
Managing essential admin efficiently
Offering guidance with up-to-date product knowledge to help customers find the best materials
Enhancing the shopping experience by maintaining well-stocked, inviting displays
Collaborating across the branch with colleagues, including yard and counter sales, to support the team

Requirements
