Job Responsibility:

Responsible for new business acquisition through open market to achieve sales target
Identify sales opportunities
Should have a strong network of DSA’s in the market from where, Mortgage business can be sourced
Channel Management- To develop and expand the existing channel network
Achieve business objectives and targets through customer acquisition & satisfaction
In-depth knowledge of Mortgage product and policy

Requirements:

Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in mortgage sales will be preferred

Nice to have:

Sound knowledge about real estate market and title documents of the property
Having good communication skill
Having good negotiation skill
Having awareness and information about the competition
