Job Description:

This role involves various administrative tasks, including processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, and serving as a liaison between corporate HR and on-site personnel.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting with the hiring process, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
  • Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and invoicing
  • Overseeing job costing, reporting, job set up, and project pre-qualifications
  • Coordinating with field personnel who may not be accustomed to paperwork
  • Processing payroll using ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Dayforce
  • Administering benefits, including 401k - RRSP Administration, Auditing, Benefit Functions, Claim Administration, and Cobra Administration
  • Utilizing CRM to maintain accurate customer and project records
  • Exercising patience and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced construction environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction/contractor industry
  • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required
  • Demonstrated experience with ADP Workforce Now
  • Familiarity with Ceridian software
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using CRM systems
  • Experience with Dayforce software is a plus
  • Knowledge of 401k - RRSP Administration
  • Auditing skills are essential
  • Must have experience in Benefit Functions
  • Experience in Claim Administration is required
  • Proficiency in Cobra Administration is necessary
