Job Description:

CNC Brake Press Operator Career Opportunity. We are expanding our fabrication team for early 2026 and looking for dedicated individuals to grow with us. This isn't just a job; it's a long-term career path with a guaranteed conversion for motivated apprentices.

Job Responsibility:

  • Set up and operate CNC Brakes to deliver high-spec parts
  • Handle carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel with care
  • Use engineering drawings to verify tight tolerances and dimensions
  • Use tracking software to document material flow and maintain lean standards

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a fabrication shop environment
  • Ability to interpret complex blueprints and drawings
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Must pass a 5-panel D&A test

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Amada, HACO, or All Steel brakes
  • Forklift certification
