Braidwood Tavern Server

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness
• Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction
• offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards
• Ensure a seamless dining experience for guests dining at Braidwood Tavern
• Setting up the restaurant for service, including the buffet
• Presenting the menu providing detailed explanations of menu items, and recommending dishes
• Take guest orders, including to-go items
• Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly while ensuring dishes are as requested
• Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction and respond appropriately to guest concerns and requests
• Handling payments accurately, processing transactions, and presenting bills to guests.

• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
• Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or hotel is required
• Passion and knowledge of food and beverage products
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
• Strong command of the English language
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine and cocktail recommendations
• Excellent commitment to service
• Must have a current Serving it Right certificate
• Ability to work in Canada.
