Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full Time, Summer Seasonal Braidwood Server Assistant. Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure a seamless dining experience for guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Support the Server by delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, clearing tables, and resetting
  • Serve and clear all food & beverage items
  • Complete opening and closing side-work as assigned
  • Set all tables according to standards
  • Have a thorough understanding of the menu and describe food items to guests
  • Answer guest questions about the menu
  • Break down displays or side stations
  • Monitor overall restaurant cleanliness
  • Ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food and beverage, in a restaurant or hotel
  • Solid knowledge of food and beverage products
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Excellent commitment to service and teamwork
  • Must be able to obtain a Serving It Right certificate
  • Ability to work in Canada
