The BPO Trade Settlement Analyst role involves providing exceptional accounting and administration services for hedge and private equity funds. Candidates should have at least 2 years of accounting experience, particularly with financial instruments, and a university degree in Finance or Accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong communication skills are essential. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client deliverables effectively. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, India, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
Job Responsibility
Pricing and maintaining timely records for hedge and private equity holdings using various external pricing resources
Performing timely reconciliations regarding Net Asset Values and providing accounting reports
Communicating the transactions associated with the fund(s) and working closely with internal and external clients to provide accurate and thorough accounting packages
Coordinating and supporting various year-end audit engagements in accordance with GAAP accounting standards
Performing due diligence to ensure clients are in compliance with government laws and regulations
Corresponding with external investment managers regarding day-to-day fund inquiries including fee payments, cash position breaks, and reconciliations
Requirements
2+ year(s) of accounting experience for financial instruments (equities, fixed income, and derivatives), operation of capital markets, and life cycle of trades. Knowledge of Capital Market
2+ years of Basic Accounting knowledge
Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday 17:30pm to 3:30am IST
University degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies of Finance/Accounting principles
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel

Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will primarily support your clients through email and/or phone calls
Strong customer service skills as you will be communicating daily with internal clients and your clients
