Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for banking sector clients regarding credit risk management services
Understand client needs and ensure that services meet or exceed client expectations
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships
Develop, implement, and oversee credit risk management policies and procedures tailored to client requirements
Monitor and assess the credit risk profile of client portfolios
Conduct regular credit risk assessments, stress testing, and scenario analysis
Provide strategic recommendations to clients to mitigate credit risks
Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of credit risk management services to clients
Maintain high standards of quality and compliance in service delivery
Develop and manage service level agreements (SLAs) with clients
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of credit risk analysts and managers
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team
Allocate resources effectively to meet client and business needs
Ensure compliance with all relevant client, regulatory, and industry standards
Prepare and present regular reports on credit risk management activities and outcomes to clients and senior management
Keep abreast of changes in regulations and best practices in credit risk management
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of credit risk management services
Leverage technology and data analytics to optimize service delivery
Requirements:
Knowledge in US GAAP (Generally accepted accounting principles) and IFRS International Financial reporting standard
Assessment / Evaluation of financial statement analysis
In-depth Knowledge of credit risk assessment, management and decision making
In-depth knowledge in Financial ration analysis
Sourcing of financial statement and analysis with the help of non-financial statements
Hands on experience in Property valuation for Europe continent
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Excellent understanding of banking sector regulatory requirements related to credit risk
Proficiency in risk management software and tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in credit risk management (Corporate underwriting equivalent experience), with a significant portion in the banking sector
Nice to have:
MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, ICWA)
Experience working in a BPO or shared services environment
Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality services
