Job Description:

The BPO Digital Transformation Specialist will lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency through automation in the insurance sector.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and execute digital transformation initiatives focused on automation and operational efficiency
  • Implement AI-driven automation solutions aligned with insurance business objectives
  • Identify process gaps and recommend appropriate digital solutions across insurance functions
  • Design, prototype, and deploy use cases related to Agentic AI and Generative AI
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including process flows, requirement documents, solution designs, and user guides
  • Deliver high-quality presentations to leadership, business teams, and technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with IT, business operations, and product teams to implement scalable digital solutions
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Support change management activities, user training, and post-implementation reviews

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Digital Transformation consulting with hands-on implementation of automation solutions
  • Proven experience in Agentic AI and Generative AI, including building and deploying AI use cases
  • Mandatory experience working within the Insurance domain
  • Strong documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, process mapping, solution documentation)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
