The Verification Agents will be listening to calls made by the Inbound and Outbound sales teams to make ensure that the agents have properly received approval to set up the recurring order. The verification agent will also make sure the Recurring order was set up properly in the system will all the items requested. While listening to a call, it must also be confirmed by the Verifications Agent that the sales agents have read the provided script accurately.
Job Responsibility:
Handle private personal information in accordance with confidence
Recognize and report possible misrepresentation
Call listening of calls made by the Inbound and Outbound sales teams
Ensure recurring orders are inputted into systems correctly
Confirm that sales agents are following given scripts
Record customer information and maintain database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data.
Ensure quality service by following departmental and company policies, procedures, and standards as well as adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and standards
Ensure accurate validation of insurance benefits
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
Active listening skills
An ability to navigate multiple computer systems
An ability to work in a target-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft office programs and general computer operations
Ability to learn and follow basic direction on process
Must be detail-oriented and organized to maintain accurate records
Must have the ability to focus and work quickly
Able to work independently
High School diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years’ experience working in the medical field preferred
